These PB&J overnight oats with frozen fruit added are delicious and full of protein. This is the perfect breakfast or snack option. With both peanut butter powder and regular peanut butter (creamy or crunchy – whatever you love!), these overnight oats are have a peanut butter taste with a side of fruit. Since these are overnight oats with frozen fruit, this classic taste combination is perfect.

A few years ago, I was obsessed with chia seed pudding and had so much fun experimenting with many many different recipes (Pumpkin Pie Chia Pudding, Chocolate Peanut Butter Chia Pudding, & Carmel Salted Pretzel Chia Pudding) and have had so much fun experimenting with different overnight oats. I like that overnight oats are not quite as dense as chia seed pudding but still filling and an easy snack or breakfast to pack for work.
These overnight oat recipes include kitchen staples that we always have on hand. I usually can make 4-5 jars of them in 10 minutes from start to finish. This particular overnight oats with frozen fruit recipe is one that may include peanut butter powder, which not everyone has, but can be replaced with an extra tablespoon of peanut butter.

PB&J Overnight Oat Ingredients:
Old Fashion Oats: I prefer to use Old Fashion Oats rather than steel cut oats because they seem to be softer once the overnight oats settle.
Greek Yogurt: I have never been so faithful to a product than I am to Fage 2% Greek Yogurt. I can get it at Walmart and Costco, which are my go-to stops for grocery and food items. The consistency of this Greek yogurt is perfect for all of the recipes that I make.
Almond Milk: This Kirkland Signature Almond Milk is the only one I ever use. It is lower in calories than some and does not have to refrigerated until it is opened.
Frozen Mixed Berries: If I could give one suggestion on this, I would make sure that the mixed berries combination that you use for this overnight oats with frozen fruit, I would not use a blend with strawberries. They are larger than the other berries and take up much more room and in my opinion when they thaw, they are mushy. I use the Mixed Berries from Costco or this Triple Berry Blend from Walmart would be perfect too.
Peanut Butter: You can use crunchy or creamy or natural or store brand; it’s all peanut butter to me, so I am not picky about this ingredient. I use this creamy one from Walmart.
Peanut Butter Powder: If you do not have a Peanut Butter Powder, you can use an extra tablespoon of peanut butter instead. The powder though really gives it a strong peanut butter taste without as many calories. I use this PBFit brand from Walmart or Costco. I also love it on yogurt bowls!
Chia Seeds: My GOAT Chia Seeds that are always in my house! I order these on my monthly Amazon Subscription Order.
Sweetener: You can use either honey or agave syrup (also on my Amazon subscription order); this is totally your preference, and I truly can’t tell the difference because this overnight oat recipe with frozen fruit already has so much flavor.
